Diddy has been denied pretrial release again because the judge thinks the safety of the community is at risk if Puff is freed.
Diddy will remain behind bars until his trial next year.
Judge Arun Subramanian said, “The Court finds that the government has shown by clear and convincing evidence that no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community.” ✍🏾
The judge is also citing evidence that Diddy violated rules about communication behind bars … including paying other inmates to use their Phone Access Code numbers to make calls to people not on his approved contact list.
